How it works

Build a field-ready insect map from your observations, then arrange and export a polished final layout.

  1. Choose a map style

    Select terrain, satellite, street, or dark view, then click Create map.

  2. Enter sighting details

    Add the insect name, date, location, life stage, quantity, host plant, and notes.

  3. Place the sighting

    Enter coordinates or use Pick on map, choose an icon and pin color, then click Add to map.

  4. Review your records

    Check All Sightings, population assessment, and distances between locations.

  5. Prepare the layout

    Choose Select Capture Area, then click Proceed to Final Layout to arrange the map and report.

  6. Save or export

    Save the editable project, or export your completed work as an image or data file.
